vhost configurations are.

<VirtualHost *:80>
        # The ServerName directive sets the request scheme, hostname and port that
        # the server uses to identify itself. This is used when creating
        # redirection URLs. In the context of virtual hosts, the ServerName
        # specifies what hostname must appear in the request's Host: header to
        # match this virtual host. For the default virtual host (this file) this
        # value is not decisive as it is used as a last resort host regardless.
        # However, you must set it for any further virtual host explicitly.

        # enabled or disabled at a global level, it is possible to

        # following line enables the CGI configuration for this host only
        # after it has been globally disabled with "a2disconf".
        #Include conf-available/serve-cgi-bin.conf

Please help me what could be the solution i will be very thankful to you.

404 is strictly a web server issue. I haven’t used Apache in forever but your vhost looks correct at first glance.

Did you enable the conf and reload/restart it? Maybe you need to set index.php as default?

DirectoryIndex index.php

Yes this is as it default.

<?php // WordPress view bootstrapper define('WP_USE_THEMES', true); require(__DIR__ . '/wp/wp-blog-header.php');

how to do enable and reload/restart?
can you please explain it how to do that?

Depends on how you made the vhost. But see here: https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-set-up-apache-virtual-hosts-on-ubuntu-16-04#step-five-—-enable-the-new-virtual-host-files
