Adding a separate IE stylesheet

The default Sage manifest.json file already includes two stylesheets so it acts as an example of how to do what you want: https://github.com/roots/sage/blob/71c2e78b0e42c1a86adba8d4a30e1b6d9df17dff/assets/manifest.json

asset-builder works great with [gulp][]. But it can be used in pretty much any application where you need to combine a bunch of asset globs.
