Best way create a production sage templete

hi to all
i am a laravel developer and recently met to sage , i have issue about create a production version …

the way i work

after complete design

1- yarn build:production
2- remove .cache-loader folder
3- zip all files in myTheme ignore node_modules ~ 2.5MB
4- upload zip file dictly with FTP (because sage dont have style.css in root templete wordpress cant install it traditionally )

i have question for better way for create production version
