is there a default template that a page called contact is loading? - all my pages are using page.php as the template except this one. ive just saved page.php as page-contact.php and that doesnt make a difference either?
Ive solved this one by changing the slug to getintouch. i dont know why that works but it does.
The page template looks for the slug, so that’s most likely what the slug of the contact page is.
its just using ‘page’ now. it wasnt using page-contact when the slug was contact, very confusing!
