# extend Radicle license

Hi, I’m evaluating licenses for Radicle. If I start with the **single-site license ($80)** and later decide that I need to move up to the **unlimited license ($240)**, how does the upgrade process work? Do you credit the initial purchase towards the higher-tier license, so I’d just pay the **$160 difference** , or would I need to pay the full $240 at that point?
