How to load Acf Pro in Sage theme

Hi, I have followed the link below to include ACF Pro by composer.

Now I see ACF being installed in site/vendor folder. But how do I load it into my theme? I have tried including the acf file following the link below but the path is incorrect. Anyone can assist me?

Those instructions are for Trellis and Bedrock, not Sage.

So now that I have them installed in my vendor folder, how do I activate them in my sage theme?
