I modified bourbon 5 / Neat 2 / Bitters to work with Sage + Webpack

I am developing using Bourbon, but on default gem install I got a few hundred scss errors. I followed the original sage/webpack guidelines and now it should work out of the box.

This is for Bourbon 5.0.0.beta.8 / Neat 2.1 / Bitters 1.7

If there is a better way to do the same thing, Iā€™d like to know it :slight_smile:
