Is a pull request for a simple deploy script like this welcome?

I made a small bash deploy script that I use to build and zip the roots theme while excluding the things most people would want to exclude. If I am not working on my own servers I typically have to deliver a zipped theme file to the client (or store).

Would something like this be welcome in a pull request? Is there a better way to do this that is already here?

Nice script, I’m not exactly sure what would need to be pulled. This seems like this is a good place for it.
