Does anyone know if there is a Composer Package for ShiftNav Pro Plugin? I couldn’t locate one online.
If it’s not available in packagist, and not available in wpackagist, and the developer doesn’t mention it then there’s a pretty good chance it’s not available. There is however extensive discussion on this forum on how to include premium plugins in your Bedrock project.
