Is Sage 9 Live?

I wanted to start a new personal project using the latest Bootstrap 4 (which is still under development past couple of years). I read at first Sage 8 had branch for Bootstrap 4 but then instead they just merged all of the Bootstrap 4 updates into Sage 9.

So 3 days ago I saw Sage 9 available as a branch in the repo. Went there today but it’s gone. It appears 2 days ago Sage 9 was merged with the master.

So does that mean Sage 9 just officially launched? As I don’t see any blog posts or big mention of that news anywhere. And would be kind of surprised if it did since Bootstrap 4 hasn’t been released officially yet out of Alpha for it be included in the official master release of Sage.

Can anyone shed some light?

No

Sage 9 development is now being done on the master branch

For anyone who finds this thread, you can find old versions of Sage (like the latest Sage 8 version) in Releases on GitHub: https://github.com/roots/sage/releases
