Issues with aria-expanded not changing to "true" in newest Sage installs

Anyone seeing this? For example, I often use @smutek’s work in How to restore the Bootstrap nav [walkthrough] to get bootstrap nav and dropdowns back into main navigation for clients.

But my recent installs, when I click on a dropdown item, aria-expanded sets to “false” –

Any ideas?

This seems like a very Bootstrap specific question, and doesn’t have too much to do with Sage
