Looking for roots dev to restructure our big project

Hi guys,
im very new so i’m not able to DM anybody who responded to other #jobs posts. Decided to create my own.

We are an international non-profit, right now having 17 websites on Wordpress around the world. Throught the development we created 6 Wordpress plugins.
Now we want to restructure the way we are developing/deploying/maintaining our websites and plugins. We need an expert who would guide us through this process.
