I have a client that has an existing Wordpress setup and running master slave for the Database. He would like to continue using this but from what I can tell it hasn’t been attempted. Please if you have any information please let me know.
You’ll need to write your own roles for this, as it’s not something we plan to incorporate into Trellis.
If your client already has a multi-server setup (I’m guessing main box is web/mysql master, secondary is mysql slave) then you may as well just separate web from mysql master and use Trellis with the remote db option.
