Multi site theme deployment

I’m running one Trellis installation with multiple sites. All of these sites have different themes (and folder names). All of these sites run themes that need local deployment (gulp) before they can be put live. I noticed Trellis has a build-before.yml hook. But I seem to only be able to run commands for one theme (path) in there? Or am I overlooking something? Or does this only work when all my installations use the Sage theme (or folder stucture)?

@luqo33 How about adding a theme variable under each site in wordpress_sites, for example: wordpress_sites: example.com: site_hosts: - example.com local_path: ../site theme: mytheme ⋮ The deploy.yml playbook loads the site variables in project dict, so use {{ project.theme }}: project_pre_build_commands_local: - path: "{{ project.local_path }}/web/app/themes/{{ project.theme }}" ⋮ Then you don’t even have to type in the theme name on each deploy.
