Notification when LetsEncrypt Auto-Renewal Fails

Hi friends.

Last week I had a site where:

  1. LetsEncrypt Renewal failed
  2. I did not receive a notification of the failure.

Does Trellis provision the server to send a notification if LetsEncrypt Auto-Renewal fails?

So this is a huge oversight on our part I only realized recently… LE accepts an email and they will send you notifications if you’re getting close to expiry. It’s a simple option that’s never been exposed in Trellis. I’m going to add this as soon as I can :+1:

Great news, man. I’ll keep an eye out for it. In the meantime, still working on having Cron send emails which include a From header.
