Reload php-fpm (deployment)

Currently, during Trellis deploy, the PHP-FPM service is reloaded using an ansible shell module that invokes sudo:

roots/trellis/blob/master/roles/deploy/hooks/finalize-after.yml#L37

After updating PHP to 7.4, the ansible deployment hangs at this point.
I also read the other discussions and have all PHPx-fpm services masked except the active PHP7.4-fpm, but this doesn’t fix the issue.
