# Sage 10 Proxy Localhost:3000 Not Working

I’m facing the same issue in windows. I tried to setup local environment using both Laragon and Local.

But getting the same error with both the setups:  
[HPM] Error occurred while proxying request localhost:3000/ to [http://good-earth.local/](http://good-earth.local/) [ECONNREFUSED]
