Sage 8 docs and migration to 9 version

Hello
I’ve started my project on Sage 8, stable on those time. Now I try to find any docs about 8 version but only 9 is everywhere. Yarn in place of bower, folder app in place of lib.
So I have 2 question

  1. Where I can find 8 version docs. I think put link to it somewhere on this page (https://roots.io/sage/) - good idea
  2. How I can migrate my project from version 8 to version 9 with smallest pain and nervous.
