Setting up WP-API with OAuth Authentication

I have built a site using Bedrock and now need to get the REST API plugin working for integration to an iOS app. I have followed all the directions. I created a key/secret and used the WP-API CLI to setup a token. I get a 400 Bad Request.

Sorry, but this is in no way an issue with Bedrock, although you are using Bedrock. This is not the correct location to deal with WP-API issues.
