Is there a statistics daemon included in the configuration? If not, what ansible files should I look into if I would to try that?
No there isn’t. There’s some StatsD roles on Galaxy you can use or at least see how they do it: https://galaxy.ansible.com/list#/roles?page=1&page_size=10&autocomplete=statsd
