I would like to buy the sage book, I was wondering what are the differents between the personal vs Team/Business book?

No difference in content. Ben just asks that teams pay more money for it because presumably they have bigger budgets for things like this than individuals.

Technically the personal purchase is buying the book for a single person. The team/business option is meant for a company to buy the book and give copies to multiple people instead of potentially buying the personal x number of times.
