Anyone have any suggestions for database syncing between production and local? I’ve seen a few mentions of WP Migrate DB Pro. Has anyone tried that without any issues?

Yep this works great! The only thing it doesn’t support yet (to my knowledge) is search and replace in the database for multiple domain names, like in a multilingual site.

WP Migrate DB supports find & replace + sync of media files. It’s a pretty decent plugin, although maybe not quite a quick as doing it from the cli with rsync or with the sync script that @joshb linked to. Looks like it supports multisite sync, but I’ve never used that feature myself. [Screenshot…
