Hello Roots Community,

has anybody already updated to macOS Sonoma and can relate to some problems or can I easily update?

Please leave out answers like “just test it yourself”.

Appreciate your help

I’ve actually upgraded to Sonoma and so far, apart from having to update vagrant’s version, I haven’t seen any issue (although I only have tested locally and haven’t deployed yet). :grinning:

Yup happily running Sonoma here with a bunch of sites.

Note: we’re using [Herd](https://herd.laravel.com/) & [Valet](https://laravel.com/docs/10.x/valet) locally, not Vagrant.

'+ Trellis still working perfectly for deployments

Since this topic was recently bumped, anyone finding this might want to take a look at this topic about Sonoma with more discussion:

And as a reminder, a lot of us are [using Lima instead of Vagrant/Parallels/VBox](https://roots.io/introducing-lima-to-trellis-for-faster-local-development/) these days and it’s become a lot more stable as of late :eyes:
