Unable to access website

Hello, I’m trying to start my vagrant box again after not developing for some time, but I’m unable to access my website. I’ve tried updating the vagrant box, and running vagrant plugin install vagrant-vbguest, as pointed out here. Any solutions?

Does this troubleshooting tip regarding Unresponsive machines or 404s help at all?
