@slam this is really useful! I have managed to solve [my very similar issue](https://discourse.roots.io/t/fatal-uncaught-reflectionexception-error-with-controller-2-0-0/11859/6?u=the_lar) now by following some of the things you mentioned! Basically for me the light-bulb moment was the case insensitivity of Mac, so checking my staging site I realised that App.php had been renamed app.php on deployment!
