During the development of a Bedrock based site I have been working on WP 4.2.4 as this was the current version of at the time. However when I try to update this via Composer (by upping the version number on the .json file) it completely wipes my theme from the themes directory. Struggling to understand what is happening, might be something do do with newer default themes being included in the newer versions of Wordpress. Maybe Composer empties out the themes directory.
Anyone have any clues about what might be hapenning?
