# Vagrant up won't work, netsh and cscript error

I’m trying to Vagrant up the example site, but I get this error:

sh: 1 netsh: not found  
sh: 1 cscript : not found

I’ve been getting this error for 3 days straight, and I’m starting to get annoyed

I’m running the server in Virtualbox on Ubuntu 17.04, with Vagrant 1.9.7

I did install the plugins recommended in the tutorial
