# VirtualBox performance in windows

Did anyone work out a solution for this?

I’ve installed vagrant-winnfsd and have modified the synced\_folder to use nfs and now trying to vagrant up it just seems to hang at:

> default: Mounting NFS shared folders…

I’ve looked at windows permission and given the trellis folder full access to all users which made no difference.

Any ideas?
