Wp-cookbooks, vagrantfiles and multiple sites per VM example

Covering all the possible digital conversation hubs, I’ve posted this same question at https://github.com/roots/wp-cookbook/issues/1 and https://gist.github.com/swalkinshaw/cd2a240b5cb95b41ff26

Looking for an example of using wp-cookbook to define a site or multiple sites via vagrantfile?

I’ve got a non-berksfile version of your gist vagrantfile - https://gist.github.com/swalkinshaw/cd2a240b5cb95b41ff26 - to vagrant up successfully, but unclear how to setup multiple sites in one VM with it. Berkshelf and Windows do not like to play nice, so for others looking to get that far my vagrantfile is - https://gist.github.com/Idealien/7af9d994a23338b73e31

For context, my current Ubuntu / Apache Vagrant is loosely based off of this vagrantfile - https://github.com/onema/vagrant-lamp-development - which has a vhost parameter:

:vhost => {
:localhost => {
:name => "localhost",
:host => "localhost",
:aliases => ["localhost.web", "dev.localhost-static.web"],
:docroot => ""
},

Thx!
J
