Acorn command not found after install over composer

I have installed acorn over composer in a bedrock Project + added post-autoload-dump

if I try to call the command I get:

root@39228b41989e:/var/www/html# wp acorn
Error: 'acorn' is not a registered wp command. See 'wp help' for available commands.
Did you mean 'core'?

What’s /var/www/html? Is that your Bedrock root directory? Can you show us that by a directory/file listing output?
