Adding Webpack loaders

Hi,

New to Sage/Bud and trying to figure out how to configure an additional Webpack loader, but the Bud extension documentation isn’t too straightforward.

I’m trying to get Svelte pre-processing working using svelte-loader but don’t really know where to start.

Any help / pointers would be greatly appreciated.
