Any tools for content syncing?

Hi,
does anyone know of tools to help with posts/pages content management?
I would like to:

  • Have posts and pages locally so that I can use Atom and edit posts there.
  • Not having to open WP editor.
  • Having it sync both ways incase someone on my team uses the WP editor.

Couldn’t find anything from googling, but I assume there is some gulp config or similar around that can achieve this?
