Bedrock install can't find /wp-includes/js/*

I’ve migrated a site into bedrock with only one issue remaining: assets in /wp-includes/js/* aren’t loading. The obvious problem is that the URL hasn’t been written to /wp/wp-includes/ but I’m not sure what I missed to accomplish this step. Everything else is working (so far) and I have set WP_HOME to http://domain.com and WP_SITEURL to http://domain.com/wp.

Any suggestions?

What kind of hosting is this on?

It’s an Ubuntu/LAMP instance on S3.

Looks like the biggest problem was not having updated .htaccess and I didn’t mention this is a subdomain multisite.

I’m still getting a whitescreen on sub-sites.
