Best way to handle a form Post?

Hi all

Stupid question but what’s the best way of handling a form POST in sage? Hur can I for example take care of the post request in my controller? Or is that even the way to do it?

What are you trying to achieve? Maybe it’s worth using the WordPress REST API.
