Build multiple CSS and JS files to 1 CSS and 1 JS

I have a WordPress website using astra theme with elementor and resultant pages are with 50 CSS files + 50 JavaScript files.

How can I make use of root.io to serve them as single CSS and JS files ?

Nothing in the Roots stack is going to help you combine 50 CSS and 50 JS files from third-party plugins.

I have no experience with it but I think Autoptimize – WordPress plugin | WordPress.org might be able to help but if there are really that many, the likelihood of something breaking in the process might be high.
