Can I use private ftp folder for bedrock config?

Hi there, quick question;

Since I don’t have full root access one level up my public_html folder on a shared hosting, could I use the already existing private ftp folder to place my bedrock config & vendor files? It has rwx (700) permissions.

Yeah sorry about that, I could have done that first obviously! I think it works!

With some tweaking of the $root_dir paths etc the server is able to read my .env file from my private folder. I can’t really test yet if there will be no errors in one of the vendor files, but it looks good so far!
