CF7 and other plugins not sending emails

Hi,

I have a local site set up using Sage 10 / Bedrock and I’ve installed CF7 and a Mortgage Calculator on it.

When I set the email address to send to my address and test it I don’t receive the email. CF7 seems happy enough and says the email has been sent.

Do I need to set anything elsewhere to get the test to come through to me?

I think I may need wp-smtp to send from a local version of the site from what I’m reading.
