Change base because of get_theme_mod

I’m trying to make a portion of my homepage user configurable. I’d like to use the Wordpress Customizer to let the user select from several home page layouts.

How can I change which base-*.php loads as determined by a radio button setting I’ve added to the Customizer?

Fixed it. Had a typo.
