I’ve completely switched to Bedrock-Ansible and had to load up an old site which is not a bedrock site.
On the Github README doc it mentions a todo about
needs more options and advanced setups like static files. Would that be an option where it skips creating the
.env file and redirecting the path from
../web to the folder specified in
No, it was mostly referring to Nginx settings to set better defaults for static files like assets and uploads.
.env creation is a whole separate matter although I think it will become more flexible when we figured out the Ansible based deploys. I’m not exactly sure how much work it would take to add configuration options to support other types of WP installs but it’s pretty low priority right now.
