I was trying find some info but nothing. Could anyone help how to setup FTP (vsftpd?) server with trellis? I need 3rd party persons able to connect the server and upload some files to specific folder.

SFTP and rsync should be used over traditional FTP because they are more secure and faster.
If you really want FTP you would have to install a FTP server (and properly set it up) on that Trellis system.
