Full-time UK Developer

Hi,

Thanks for checking out this role we have available. Here are the details:

Our preferred candidate would be someone with around 4+ years of experience working within an agency environment. However, we’re happy to consider a range of experience and the salary offered will be dependant on the candidate’s level of expertise.

We tackle a range of different WordPress projects from creative to more corporate examples. On the creative side, these tend to be quite frontend heavy with web animation requirements. I’ve included some examples below that are a bit of a mix but represent the standard of sites we produce.

Design experience is not essential, all concepts and assets will be supplied to the developer to complete the build. Awareness of design, usability and accessibility practices is great and we encourage collaboration across the whole team - but this wouldn’t be a focus for this role.

Our UK office is in Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Leicestershire and we also have a satellite office in Berlin. We’re happy to consider remote working, but this would require some travelling to the office for project meetings a couple of times per month.

Our process includes a modern front-end workflow, DRY templating methodologies and intuitive dependency management. We use git for version control and ensure all projects are well-commented and easily maintainable. We have a very well optimised hosting infrastructure with automated deployment processes.

Whilst we’re very proud of our process, we constantly seek to improve and are looking for someone to add value, bring new ideas and shape its direction.

The ideal candidate will be someone with the aptitude and appetite to learn new technologies and push our team to achieve more. In this role, you’ll require exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, organisation and time management.
