How can I manually create a user in the DB?

Not sure if this is more Bedrock than Sage, but I tried to create a new Wordpress user from the database and failed to login with it. It looks like perhaps MD5 hashing is not being used and that’s why it failed. Is there another hashing option that I need to select when initially storing my password in the database?

I’d suggest using wp-cli.
