So I made a route for a specific page, i did a console.log to make sure javascript loads there and everything is good. I tried to follow these instructions
https://www.advancedcustomfields.com/resources/google-map/
and of course, everything works if I just add everything on the PHP file but I want to have a dedicated js route called ..route/locationsTemplateDefault.js
how can you import the file
into a route js file?
I tried
import google from 'https://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/js?key=HereGoesMyAPIKey'
but when I do
yarn build it throws this error
27:35 error 'google' is not defined no-undef
27:64 error Missing trailing comma comma-dangle
29:33 error ‘google’ is not defined no-undef
63:43 error Missing trailing comma comma-dangle
67:36 error ‘google’ is not defined no-undef
69:29 error Missing trailing comma comma-dangle
79:42 error ‘google’ is not defined no-undef
80:46 error Missing trailing comma comma-dangle
84:21 error ‘google’ is not defined no-undef
104:36 error ‘google’ is not defined no-undef
108:49 error Missing trailing comma comma-dangle
Because of course the script is not being imported. What’s the best way to do it? How can I import the api key from the route?
This is the content from route/locationsTemplateDefault.js Of course MYKEYGOESHERE is my actual key
import google from 'https://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/js?key=MYKEYGOESHERE'
export default {
