How to add arbitrary value support for tailwind classes in Sage 9?

I’m using tailwindCss with my setup of the theme and I’m trying to add some classes with arbitrary value. trying to add those classes as same as it was mentioned here Adding Custom Styles - Tailwind CSS

But somehow this is not working for me. I followed this tutorial to set tailwind with sage

P.S: I tried to upgrade the tailwind version to the latest version with no luck.

Can someone please help me out to fix this?

Theme configuration
Sage version: 9.0.9
Tailwind: 3.3.5

Is it something related to postcss configuration?
