How to use @svg() directive for svgs in the media library?

Hello !

Maybe a dummy question, but is there a way to output svg files from a full url path not relative the theme folder ?

I am using the Blade SVG for Sage package.

I would like to directely output svg uploaded intro the WordPress media library, but i don’t manage to make it work.
