Invalid character vendor.js and main.js

Hi,

I have this error message with my theme.

Those theme build artifacts (vendor.[hash].js; main.[hash].js) look totally mangled.
How are you running WordPress in your setup? Trellis VM? Docker Container?
When you open one of those files, how are they looking?
When you open those files in e.g. Notepad++ and manually change encoding to UTF-8, does it then look right?

I took over the development of the site, this is my first use of Sage and Bedrock. The theme is perfectly functional on a server. This one is being tested on a kinsta server. Where can I find setup information?
