Is Inertia.js compatible with Acorn and Sage?

Does anyone know if Inertia.js works with Acorn and Sage?

I’m considering using Inertia.js in a Roots-based WordPress project and would like to know whether it is compatible with the Acorn framework and Sage theme setup.
