@media query not working

Hello,

I get an error when I try compiling @media queries. I cannot figure out what went wrong. Only thing I noticed that in previous versions (now installed version 8.5.0) there is more code in bower.json

Now I have:

The error I get:

I really don’t know where to start. Could something have gone wrong on installing? I work with second edition manual.
