I’ve taken so much from this forum over the last 12+ months. I wrote some stuff I’m pretty happy with and wanted to share it.
In a nutshell, you can do domain mapping without a plugin in WordPress Multiste, but WP Migrate DB Pro will screw it up after every migration. Push or pull. There’s a “Tweaks” plugin they make to handle edge cases and I’ve written some code that will turn your subdirectories into domains and your domains into subdirectories. All explained in this blog post below.
