Nfs lock ups on macOS Monterey

I don’t think this is a problem with trellis at all, just wondering how people are getting around the complete NFS lock up that happens with vagrant and Monterey. After maybe an hour of uptime on the vagrant box, NFS just completely locks up and I have to vagrant reload to get it back to a working state.

Since I’m using parallels, is there a way to make vagrant (and by extension, trellis) use parallel’s shared folders instead of NFS? I don’t care if it’s slower, I just need it to be reliable.
